Weight Lose Challage

Weight Lose Challenge




I challenge you guys to get fit with me. For one hour a day go outside take a hike, go to the mall walk around, or if you can hit up the gym. My goal is to lose 50 Lbs by February. 

In order to reach my goal i have vowed to give up fast food and soda.
